Tammy Rider is a regulatory manager for clinical trials at the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center - Jefferson.  

Tammy has experience working with special needs children from time spent as a substitute special education teacher for the Reading School District.

Tammy promotes well-being and love for the outdoors by sharing videos of local hiking trails.   

Tammy founded an online community for veterans called The Push-Up Project, which meets daily to do 22 push-ups for veteran suicide awareness.

Tammy is in the process of writing several books, including philosophy, self-help, and children's books.
